    NIKO ELMALEH

    Niko Elmaleh, Executive Vice President, is an active venture capital investor in clean Tech, and is engaged in World Wide Group’s marketing and asset management. He was one of the founders of Manhattan Marketing Inc., which sold several thousand luxury condominium apartments in New York City. An environmentalist and patron of the arts, Mr. Elmaleh is involved with numerous charitable organizations, including the Clinton Global Initiative, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the Union of Concerned Scientists, the Photography Committee of the Whitney Museum, the Museum of Natural History, Rocky Mountain Institute, the League of Conservation of Voters, and Media Matters, among others.

    JODI GERSTMAN

    Jodi Gerstman as Chief Financial Officer oversees World Wide Group’s financial and investment transactions, risk management, accounting, personnel and corporate treasury. Prior to joining World Wide Group in 2005, Ms. Gerstman was Director of Asset Management for a Manhattan-based developer of commercial and residential properties in the Northeast. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and playing tennis.

    Julia Hodgson brings over 25 years of experience in development and finance to World Wide Group, where for the past 16 years she has managed the acquisition and development of over 2.5 million square feet of condominium, rental, retail, and institutional properties, including public-private ventures. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hodgson held senior positions in real estate finance and development with a focus on affordable housing. She is the former chairperson of Habitat for Humanity-NYC and currently serves on the Board of BRC, a leading provider of housing and services for the homeless. Ms. Hodgson is the mother of three children and lives in the Bronx.

    Rachel Loeb joined World Wide Group in 2011 to lead its acquisition efforts and manage development projects. Previously, Ms. Loeb directed the development of 1.3 million square feet of residential properties at Avalon Bay. She was named one of the 40 Under 40 in 2011 by Crain’s New York Business and was the recipient of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine’s 2008 Spirit of the City award. Ms. Loeb is co-chair of the Brooklyn Heights Synagogue Building Committee and is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate and the Urban Land Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, playing tennis, and skiing.

    As Director of Human Resources, Ameil Sloley works closely with World Wide Group’s executive team on operational activities and staffing needs. Prior to joining World Wide, Ms. Sloley worked in manufacturing and retail for 14 years. Outside of work, she is a member of Monroe College Alumni Association Advisory Board, a Toastmaster, the Team Captain for Monroe College’s fundraising campaign for the American Diabetes Foundation, and has served as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Westchester County. Ms. Sloley has a daughter and lives in Westchester.

    Since joining World Wide Group in 1997, Richard Lebow has overseen the company’s marketing, sales, and leasing programs for its residential properties. A licensed real estate broker with 30 years of experience in the field, he has worked on the development, repositioning, and marketing of premier residential properties throughout Manhattan. Mr. Lebow is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the USO in addition to being a supporter of numerous outreach programs, including the Wounded Warriors Project. Mr. Lebow and his wife live in New York City with their two children and a dog.

Previously, Mr. Cohen directed a wide variety of construction projects in New York City, including the Gianni Versace Flagship store and the $20 million restoration of a landmarked townhouse. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, surfing, and volunteering his time with Free Arts NYC, an organization that provides art therapy to at-risk children. Mr. Cohen lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

Prior to joining World Wide, Mr. Malekshahi projects included the Columbia University Business School, Wyly Theater, Cornell University-Milstein Hall, and the Toledo Glass Museum. Outside of work, he teaches in architectural programs at Columbia University and Pratt Institute. Mr. Malekshahi also works with the Afghan foster organization AFCECO, which helps provide education to orphan children.
